Dachia Thompson, B.S. HCM, License Practical Nurse, and the founder of Ambition Healthcare Training . I have worked faithfully to create Ambition Healthcare Training Center. A natural educator, my focus has been on educating healthcare professionals and entry level prospects through innovative and creative strategies. As a Practical Nurse, I am determined to do two specific items: to break every barrier and create a pioneered path for my fellow LPN’s in creating policies that help make it easier for LPN’s to be healthcare school owners in NC and providing healthcare education and safety opportunities for communities.

I worked in long term care as the day COVID nurse for the first epidemic. I have also gained many nursing experiences from working as a travel nurse in the large cities. While travel nursing I cared for school aged children who need simple procedures during their day at school, and geriatrics that were in long term care facilities. I am also the Train the Trainer Program Coordinator and interim Program Specialist for Instructional Training Consultant, The Secret Cocktail.

Working as an LPN in a variety of settings has allowed me to gain experience and knowledge on areas of need. Search no further, my goal is to provide services to the communities that we live in!
